Hi Everyone, If memory serves and it could be failing me at this point I’ve a distant memory about someone posting a while back about not having received the email invoice confirmation of their bookshare Renewal. this problem seems to now have become my affliction and I’m wondering if there’s a remedy for it or an explanation for its causation. I’ve contacted via twitter and email and a week after renewal still no invoice for my records. Any light anyone can shed on this for me would be greatly appreciated. Robin
