Dear Shelley,It was thoughtful of you to point out a few of the books in the Bookshare collection about the tragedy of 9-11.
On another topic, did you get my off list post to you wishing you well before you went to get Guinevere and offering you some books about animals? If you didn't, I can repost the message and I have another book you might be interested in scanning.
In your backlog of mail I expect you found a letter from Bookshare telling you your scan of Chicken Soup for the Writer's Soul was approved. Thank you for scanning and holding it for me. I loved it! Grand Cindy helped me to describe the cartoons. It's a great book for book lovers, would-be writers and practicing writers. The articles contain very specific practical advice about the writing craft, and descriptions of the authors' experiences that are amusing, illuminating, poignant and uplifting. As I validated, I got to know some of my favorite authors better and met some new ones. There isn't a single article I wanted to skip!
