You're right, it isn't the Biggest Riddle book.
Can't tell what it is, there is an author, publisher, ISBN, etc., but no title.
I looked up the ISBN on Amazon, and at The NY Public Library, but no joy.
If anyone wants to try elsewhere, the reported ISBN is:
