[bookport] speeding up the audio

I know that you can speed up the audio from the transfer tool but will it ever
be possible to speed it up directly from the book port? Also you know how you
can preview the speed change before you send the file what about putting a
preview button in the audio options dialogue so that way you don't have to keep
exiting and entering the dialogue.
