One thing to keep in mind, when trying to determine if the Sleep Timer
is working properly, is if you have it set for 25 minutes, if at any
time during that 25 minutes, you press any key, that will reset the
timer. So, if you press 1 to go back a sentence, for example, that will
reset the timer. That is easily done, without thinking.

The sleep time mode worked fine until we switched it from 30 minutes to
zero
minutes. Even though we switched it back to 30 minutes and then later
to 25
minutes, for the most part, the book port acts as if it is set at the
zero
level. It is not a big enough problem to warrant sending it back and
being
without it for a month. This happened even though the unit was reset.
