Hi Fran and list:

Just press pound C F to start a new note.

Use the Perkins style keyboard for making the letters. Remember you turn the book port 90 degrees to put it into what I call braille position. This is oriented so that the flash card is aimed toward you. The six keys furthest from you are the standard dot keys, from left to right 3, 2, 1, 4, 5, 6.

Capitals are indicated by adding dot 7 to the letter. Dot 7 is the first key on the left in the row of keys closest to you. So for example, an upper case of capital a is written with dots 1 and 7.

To go to a new line in the note, press enter. Enter is the right most key on the middle row of keys.

Hope this helps.

Cheers,
Dave
