Maybe I am way behind the times but I am still using a 1 GB card, or a 256
depending on what files I am using. I don't have problems so far, but, I
have not actually connected the book Port in a while, since my hard drive
crashed in May in fact, as I have not been downloading podcasts, just have
been too busy with work and other things to get back into the casts and have
a lot of files on the BP that I have been reading as time permits.

I've had the exact same problem with my 4GB Sandisk card in my Book Port.
I'll be reformatting it this weekend, as soon as I have time to put
everything back on it afterward. <Smiles>

Hello. I'm wondering if I can try the beta firmware to see if it fixes my
problem with my 4 gig card. It either does not respond to buttons or
responds very slowly when I tell it to play a file. Also when I'm moving
through the folders list it doesn't respond at all or is very slow in
responding. I'm not a beta tester but wondered if this would help me.
I'm going to reformat the card anyway and reload it again. I won't put as
much in a folder though. One folder had 68 files in it. Has anyone had a
problem with that or did I just put too many in there?
Sharon
