[bookport] audio support

I believe that we should not forget text, but for my money, and even
though my machine is dead at the present moment, the ability to speed up
MP3 files is beyond price to me, since slow audio files are one of the
things I really hate. To me, that kind of addition to the bookport is
really important. However, I have not forgotten text and don't think the
APH people should either. Keep up the good work on all fronts,
especially after I get mine fixed. Kurt
