Nolan, it was not tied to Window-Eyes and was pure SAPI5. Can't
imagine why it isn't working for you.

I downloaded those voices as a result of being a Window-Eyes user many years ago. Are they in some way tied to Window-Eyes and therefore not available elsewhere? I wonder why I can't hear them?
I've done a test here at work on the work PC, and neospeech Kate and Paul sound wonderful. I have Kate reading Popular Communications, and her performance is pretty credible. It's sure strange about the real speech voices though.
