[bookport] RSS feeds to bookport

Hi folks,
I'm still on this RSS feed to bookport thing.
I haven't gotten any answers to my question about RSS readers which could
be used to send to bookport.
So, I'm wondering if I could use an RSS web site, like bloglines or
something, and have Spider then grab the links.
The thing is that I'm really confused by spider. You mark the first and last
link, but what if you run your script and the number of links has changed?
Along with the next up news reader program, what methods are people using to
grab RSS feeds and send them to bookport?
