[bookport] Re: READING AT THE TOP OF PAGES

Often, when I jump to a new page, Book Port does not start reading at the
beginning of the page. How do I set up the device so that it begins reading at
the top of pages and how do I get Book Port to read on a designated page?
Because of all the preliminary material, Book Port does not reading on the page
that I designate. For example, if I tell it to start reading on page 1, it
might start reading on page 5.
