I listen to podcasts all the time with the bookport and I don't bother with
the transfer program. If you don't already have one, buy a card reader and
then just copy the mp3 files to the card. As long as they are constant
bitrate then they work fine. Use the 47 and 36 keys to go a minute back or
ahead and use the power move commands to skip around in the file.
