In short, No. If it isn't in the list, you can't use it. We only
support SAPI 5 voices, and I suspect either your eloquence is SAPI 4, or
is the one JAWS uses which is not available for general use.

In the choices of voices, it doesn't list Eloquence even though its on
my
system. Can I get it into the list?
