[bookport] FAT32 Question

I thought I read on the list that the Book Port now uses FAT32, which allows for the larger mp3 files and larger CF cards.
However, when I format a card in the book port and then check the properties in my card reader, it shows up as FAT.

I have the latest firmware installed.

Any clarification would be appreciated.
