[bookport] Errors transferring Bookshare files

Hi,
Any suggestions as to why I would be getting these errors? I have
successfully transferred *.opf files before, but cannot do it now with
either the transfer program or using the "Send to" option from Windows
Explorer.

Error unable to create XML file
and
Book Port Transfer
Error getting Digital Talking Book navigation info.
