[bookport] Error message: "Can't Get Playtime"

Hi Larry/Rob/Pamela,

I'm using beta firmware version 02.01.00.07.

When the Book Port is in idle mode and I press the "8" key in order to get statistics on an MP3 or audible file, the Book Port occasionally responds with the error message "Can't Get Playtime", which is then frequently repeated, as in:

"Can't Get Playtime"
"Can't Get Playtime"
"Can't Get Playtime"
"Can't Get Playtime"
"Can't Get Playtime"
"Can't Get Playtime"

Is this a known problem?
