Kevin:

We are still supporting Book Port, to a point--that is, if the problem is 
software.  However, since Springer is no longer doing repairs, and they were 
the manufacturer and supplier of parts, we can no longer do any repairs.  So, 
if you have a problem, I'll do my best to help you.  However, if we find it is 
hardware in nature, there won't be anything I can do.  Most times, however, 
most technical issues can be solved.
