Hi James -

Apologies for the delay in coming back properly to you on your query -
first note that I don't work for Springer, I'm a Trustee of TNAUK - we are
responsible for the TNAUK filter, with the kind co-operation of Springer
Design.

Re your query about giving the BookCourier user the option to have the
article number spoken: of course (almost) all things are possible, given
the time and resources, but I would like to explore a compromise which may
suit most people - so a new filter will shortly be distributed, which I
would appreciate your comments on.
