[bookcourier] Book Courier and Audible UK

I've just been looking through a thread from another list concerning Book
Courier and Audible.co.uk. Does the BC work with audible.co.uk or not? I know
it's not officially mentioned in the manual, but I figured they might be using
the same account management and activation system underneath all the pretty
colours and web design, and that it might work. Fortunately I have a .com
account, which I understand is no longer available to UK subscribers, but was
wondering if the BC would work with .co.uk for convenience purposes.
