http://www.accessibilityisaright.org/Among other things I think they're offering a free 'license' to use System Access to Go, which is literally a screenreader that runs within a webpage, so that, for example, wherever you are, if the computer you want to use has internet access, you would simply have to load the specific address, and you should, to a certain extent, be able to use the rest of the computer without as such installing any software.
I still carry around my flash drive with NVDA set to autorun as well, but still this website might be worth looking into anyway since I reckon they'll also offer other things as well.
