This is something was looking around for, for a little bit - effectively wanted
to find a way to record on-screen activities into a video clip, but, wanted to
include the audio output of the screenreader, etc.

Idea would be both for demo's, as well as possible tutorial material, for
possibly maybe both sighted, and VI targets - idea being that you could then
also let sighted person watch the activities occurring on-screen, as well as
listening to screen-reader's audio output, and since this is working via
microphone, you could also provide spoken commentary at same time.

And, seems best option have come across, thus far, for recording video of
what's happening on screen, including audio being recorded via microphone -
think you could change those settings, but it's interface isn't perfect - is
something called webinaria:
http://www.webinaria.com/

At the very least, it lets you use system-wide shortcut keys to start, pause,
and stop recording, but, you need to tell jaws or NVDA to pass those keys
through, and, for most of it's interface, to get it to then actually generate
the .avi output file, NVDA actually handles interface better than jaws, using
screen review mode, etc., but anyway.

Only issue with recorded audio via microphone is seems best option, at moment
is to let it record a video clip, and then use audacity to extract audio out of
it, and amplify/clean it up a bit, and then use something like virtualDub to
then replace audio soundtrack in original video clip with newly 'boosted' one,
and only remaining issue now is still want to find a simple way to do something
like split video clips into segments - to either remove bits at beginning/end,
or to just split them into chunks, but, not major in this sense/case.

Stay well
