Yup.
Was just wondering if this carries across to sighties as well - will
they see automatically tagged tool tips if they hover their mouse over
an image, or is this specifically since I use facebook on my android
phone, with talkback running, at times?

across to the other interface, when, for example, under windows 10, I
browse to m.facebook.com, but, am using same profile.
Anyone else noticed this? And, am asking sing since wondering if this
has been implemented for all people, or only those they're sort of aware
use screen readers on their smart phones?
