This app is meant to, specifically, be used by blind/VI guys for bus/public
transport systems - see description below, And not sure where they get their
bus route information, unless you need to enter/load it yourself, but anyway...?

Google play page:

Description:
"RAY Next bus is designed to assist blind and visually impaired people to
travel safely in the public transportation system around the world.
RAY NEXT BUS makes it easy for blind people to plan their travel in advance,
get safely to the bus stop, get real-time information about coming buses and
get on-the-route description of your way about.
RAY NEXT BUS enables easy interaction between the user and the smart device
using Project RAY's award winning special user interface design developed
especially for use by blind users in eye-free mode.

Now for the first time, blind and visually impaired people can use a fully
accessible application to navigate their way easily in the public
transportation system.

. Trip planner: Search for the fastest, least-crowded routes to your
destination, across your favorite transit modes
. Near me: get information on nearby lines and optional destinations, check
schedules and track the next arriving bus
. On the go: Get a full description of the stations you pass through until your
final destination"

Now haven't tried it out at all as of yet, but anyway...?
