What I would do is:
Uninstall Replay AV 8.51, YouSendIt Express, WinPCap, Replay Converter via Control Panel's add or remove. Make sure you copy the schedule.dat file to another place on your computer. Reboot computer. Download the new Replay AV 8.51 .exe file but do not run it yet. Shut down your computer for 2 minutes. Start computer and run the Replay AV 8.51 .exe file now. I have not run this Replay AV 8.51 yet so I am not sure what happens with Replay Converter 3 whether it comes with RAV 8.51 or if it is a separate installation.

There was an old file previously in the installer.  Please
have the user
re-download and re-install Replay Converter and let me know
if there is
still problem.
