No, tunein.com is a great source of streaming audio from all over the world.
They also have an iPhone app.  It used to be called the Radio time directory
if I recall.  Streams open in their proprietary player and I haven't figured
out a way to record them.  Of course, I could try to dig out the stream from
the original source, but this would be a nice shortcut.
