You add this feed to your podcatcher client Juice or Replay AV
and then you tell the application to download the podcasts for
you. The downloads can occur via a schedule or can be done
manually.
You can even go the the feed you have - http:// - within your
browser and find the audio files.
Let me see that feed now.
