I see what's happening here.

The archives you right click on and do a save target as with
only save you a 1kb text file. Something like play.rbn file. You
need to open the play.rbn file with a text editor like notepad.

Opening the .rbn file reveals the following Real stream URL for
the March 22 show:

rtsp://rx-wes-sea32.rbn.com/farm/*/tfnn/tfnn/demand/tfh032207.rm

As you know this is a on demand (archived - prerecorded) file.

Note the above link ends with 032207.rm

So if next week's show is on March 29 change it to:

032907.rm

Are you trying to convert these to .mp3 format and put on a
portable device to listen to them?

If so put the above rtsp: into your RAV 8 using the best method
for you.

In Basic tab tell it the .mp3 conversion choice you want and so
on.

I have never done an archived like this but I believe it should
work.

Another idea that used to work for me a few years ago is to try:

Change the rtsp to http: like this:

http://rx-wes-sea32.rbn.com/farm/*/tfnn/tfnn/demand/tfh032207.rm

Right click on the http link and do a save target as and see if
the complete sow gets downloaded for you.
