Actually, you CAN do it and it IS easy. Not sure what praqctical means.Under the Splitting tab when you set up the program to record, check the box that says "Creat new track after..." and fill in the box with some short number of milliseconds depending on how much blank time is between your tracks.
I"ve also used this with programs like Pandora to get individual song files and it works pretty good.
Of course, if you are recording an old LP and there is scratchy noise between tracks, you may have a problem .

You can do it but its not practical. In the output tab you can set the split times. Never done it here.
