Just press alt+taB as this will take you back to what you were originally doing 
like your your browser or use your tab key to tab to the minimize button within 
the Replay Converter message popup and press spacebar key. You can also do 
windows key+M to minimize this message popup. Or wait like 30 seconds and the 
popup will disappear on you.
