[blindreplay] More on RAV 8.21

When you install Replay AV 8.21 you will get the YSI Application
PlugIn. You will see this PlugIn your Start > Settings > Control
Panel > Add/Remove area. It's version number 1.0+.
You also see this YSI plugin in your:
C:\Program Files\YSI....
If you have trouble reading the license agreement it is in the
above C:\ path.
It's a good idea to see what got installed on one's computer.
