Negatives (my opinion only)
don't like the ear buds. Use your own headsets.
When playing a file and either doing fast forward or rewind scan you do not
hear the audio like skipping the commercials but manageable here.
Say you have a two hour audio file and you stop thp listening the show at the
one hour mark and you turn off the player - the player doesn't remember where
you left off (stop listening point - no bookmark is set for you). Player is
best for short music/audio files.

Other observations
The player does remember the last file you were listening to and starts playing
at the beginning.

I use a card reader here thats accepts the SD card. I copy the files to this
card. Pull the SD card out the card reader and inserts into the Dane mp3 player
slot.

The product comes with no instructions.

After playing some files on the Dane mp3 player and stopping the device I
pulled out the SD card from the player's slot and inserted it into the card
readder and noticed 2 new files that I did not transfer myself. A "Voice"
folder and a .ini file. It appears this device may do voice recordings? Not
sure though.

You can buy inexpensive SD cards. The unit takes up to 2GB SD cards.

For $10 it does what I need it to do for me.
