Hello Curtis

That seems to have solved my problem. I did as you said and sent an email first and then I was about to add to the trusted list. However, WE still isn't working the way it was described. This must be an issue with WE.

Many thanks

Best wishes

Mike.

I have tried following Tim's directions from previously but when I shift tab to ssl info, I am getting a message about never having done this before and there doesn't seem to be any way of getting around it. I even got the BT expert line to try but they haven't had any more luck than me.
