Our Outlook.com account was so new thtat I had not yet properly authenticated it. In addition to wanting a captcha solved that Webvisum had had fits with, it also wanted the account associated with a cell phone number. Since I do not h ave an accessible Cell phone, I had to wait until sighted hubby Chris could help with this. Wish Mickysoft had donated a talking cell phone for their account verification! ;-p
