But, they mention that it's specifically a passover meal portion, etc., due to
it's unleavened preparation, etc.

Hello Jacob, seeing as my wrong post went to this list, I should ask here
more about matzo. I have never tried it and don't know much about it, I'd love
to know more. How is matzo used, is it used just as we would use bread?
