PINEAPPLE PRESERVES
3 fresh pineapples
1 qt. water
3 lbs. granulated sugar
Core pineapples; grate either by hand or using a food processor. In a large
saucepan, bring water and sugar to a boil. Add grated pineapple and continue
to boil another 20 minutes, stirring frequently. When mixture is thick
enough, pour into sterilized jars and seal.
