Easy and Delicious Red Velvet Cake
  
Cake
1 (18.25 oz) package of Duncan Hines yellow cake mix
1 (3.5 oz) package Jello Instant Vanilla Pudding Mix
4 Eggs                                                        
1 oz Red Food Coloring
1/2 cup Vegetable Oil                                
1 cup 2% milk
1 Tbsp distilled white vinegar                
1 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
 
Frosting
1 cup cold milk                                          
1 (8 oz) package cream cheese
1 (3.5 oz) package instant vanilla pudding mix
1 (8 oz) contained frozen whipped topping (thawed)
 
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Grease and flour one 9 x 13 inch pan.  Mix
together cake mix, 1 box of pudding mix, eggs, oil, food coloring, 2% milk,
vinegar and cocoa powder.  Pour into prepared cake pan.
 
Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes.  Cool completely.
 
Prepare frosting (beat together milk and cream cheese, add pudding mix and
fold in whipped topping).  Spread frosting on cooled cake.  Refrigerate and
serve.
