Open Juice. go to the menus and to Preferemces. This is where you configure
the program to how you want it to work. On the first page of the multipage
dialog, check:Run a check for new podcasts when the application is started."
In the tools menu you'll find a scheduler. Enter on it and see several time
periods to check during which the program will check for new items to download.
Finally, at any time you can focus on the list of downloads and press the f5
key to have Juice check for new downloads. Hope this helps.
