FeedBurner Changes?

Has anyone experienced any troubles with podcasts fed through feedburner
in the last couple months? I subscribe to several podcasts with
feedburner feeds and most seem fine but Shelly's podcast at
feeds.feedburner.com/shellyspodcast redumpped her old shows back on May
3rd and I haven't seen anymore shows since. When I looked at the XML
feed, I see other entries in there but their format is somehow different
and my podcatcher won't pick them up. Did Feedburner change something
on some peoples feeds? Perhaps I need to resubscribe to her show?
Anyone else experience any troubles like this? I use a perl script
podcatcher I improvised myself and maybe I need to pick up some new file
formats or something. I didn't think the RSS 2.0 or enclosure format
spec changed any recently though.
