[blindav] shortwave Radio recommendations?

hey all,
i'm wondering if anyone on this list listens to shortwave radio? if so what is
a good fairly cheap radio that is easy to use from a blind perspective?
i would like to get one with a keypad because it is much easier to find
frequencies that way.
My hopes are not high of finding a radio that can receive single band military
communications.
