Tom, I have a Vizzio 38 inch sound bar with the bluetooth subwoofer which has a nice kick to it. the next time I may buy a wired subwoofer though. The DSP effects sound quite nice to me. Before I moved into a smaller house, I had a setup similar to Bud’s. The only difference was that I had a Duel 625 direct drive turntable with an Ortifon 55-A or something like that. I also had a Fisher pt-6225 direct drive with a sure V-15 type 3 moving magnet cartridge. So am thinking of getting one of those sound bars to make it kick a little better! Unless you buy a big enough screen, the speakers in the little flat TV’s sound like crap. I am old and, of course, have and prefer the old audio stuff. Right now I'm looking to buy one of those new flat screen TV's, and I don't know what to look for. Audio and video connections to and from it to other devices are important. Any suggestions appreciated. Thanks.
