BlankThe first thing I had from the late 60's was a Sound Design stereo with two small bookshelf speakers, a am/fm tuner, 8-track player, and turntable. The first system I bought had a pair of large Advent speakers, and a JVC quadrophonic receiver. I never got surrounds for that system--and it was stolen in a home break-in. I then replaced it with a Kenwood receiver that had a built-in equalizer, and a basic menu system that I'd learned to use--it had the ability to turn on at a designated time and had a sleep-timer. After it was stolen, I got a Carver receiver which I still have in my second system. If you think education is difficult, try being stupid ! Steve Lansing, MI
