  Here is what I think.
  I believe the problem is that you have to put in <h1> at the beginning. you 
didn't specify the level of the heading in your beginning tag. And, what was 
the output of that code you tried?
  I would just do this.
  <h1> <a href="Link URL">Link Title</a> </h1>
