The only people I know that would know about this is at the list, and

HTML lists, one for blind users.

well, maybe you could forward my message to some one, who has the
time, and could help, if possible.
and also, how to fix the block quote problem, when reading in
paragraph mode with jaws, not saying it on a separate line, and not
using <br /> in xhtml 1.0 transitional from what i have read.
so if you know of any one that can help, pass it on for me.
