Hi, David: unfortunately, the error message is so long and complicated that I can't reproduce it. I tried copying it but wasn't successful. When I open Window eyes apart from the usual sound, there is an additional sound which I suppose indicates that there is an error relating to the tool kit. Therre is an option to send an error report which I have tried to do, but I'am not sure if it is being sent. Since this version of window eyes doesn't qualify for support I suppose it's not worth calling G w Micro.
Thanks for your efforts.

Martin,
If your issue concerns an inability to access the GWToolkit, I went ahead and did some preliminary research on this issue. Unless I missed it, I can't find any articles in the Window-eyes knowledge base which deals with an error of this type. As best as you can, could you try and tell me the exact error message you're receiving when you launch Window-Eyes?

Hi, everyone: I have the office version of windows eye installed on my windows 8 computer. I mostly use Jaws, but occasionaly I turn it on. Recently when I turn it on I am getting an error message relating to a tool kit not being able to be accessed. Does anyone know what this mean, and what can be done to fix it?
Thanks for your help.
