The issue with some of my messages appearing blank is not a new issue.
It's something I've been trying to troubleshoot for quite some time, I
believe as long as a year ago. It only seems to happen when the message
consists of text I'm pasting from another article and usually not one
where I'm actually doing the writing and editing. It also seems to
happen with some people who are using Outlook with their Gmail account.
In fact, when I open Outlook and read some of those messages from Gmail
I have also noticed that some of my own messages appear blank as well. I
don't think this is a screen reader specific issue. I think there's
something going on either with the way Outlook is handling text from
some messages from Gmail or it's possibly something to do with
Freelists, the hosting service for this particular mailing list. I've
tried making a few adjustments, with the help of a very nice Freelists
support rep, but the problem never seems to totally go away. I'd like to
test this by sending the same pasted email offlist to someone who
receives the same message as blank if I send it publicly to the list.
It's possible there is a setting in Outlook which could solve this issue
but, if there is, I've never run across it.

Good morning everyone,
We're able to read all list messages without trouble. It sounds
like your settings may have gotten messed up. Here's hoping you can
troubleshoot the issue.
