Lilian,

I was just going through old emails to clean things up. One of the emails
you sent on this I tried to check things out just for fun.
I went into my spam folder, went to an email that I didn't want coming in, I
did not open it but went into the context menu and arrowed down to junk.
This is a submenu and I arrowed right and the first item was block. I hit
enter and it told me that this address was blocked and sent to the junk
folder.
I have it figured out now, thanks.
Kurt

Hi, Kurt;
First, sorry for spelling your name wrong. Second, I looked everywhere
within the file menu options in my 2013 Outlook and didn't find anything
relating to blocking messages. I think you should contact the Ms help desk
and explain what you need to do. They'll either do it for you or show you
how to do it yourself. Good luck. Take care.
Lillian
