Saw this earlier on Blindbargains and it's quite a deal. Walmart is
selling an iPad Mini 2 with 16 GB of Ram for $199. Admittedly, that
could be a small amount of RAM if you're planning on downloading tons of
books and TV programs to your device. However, 16 GB can still store
many apps and this would be a great entry-level device for someone
wanting a backup tablet or for someone who's been wanting to break into
the iOS universe.
