Hello all,
I have a simple but effective first move. Doctor Z has his scalpel ready.
My solution:
1. g4+ (Pawn thrust checks king.) Kg6 (king's only escape square)
2. Qe8+ (seeking a positional advantage) Kh6 (escape square)
3. Qh5++ (Queen supported by pawn.)
2. -Kg5 (only other escape square)
3. Qh5++ (Queen supported by pawn. Knight covers f4.)
Black boxed in its king with its own pawns. In other words, black gave
white the rope by which to hang the king.
