Doctor Z has his scalpel ready.  My solution:
1. Nxf7 (setting the trap) Qxf7 (Queen takes knight.)
2. Bh7+ (Bishop checks king.) Kxh7 (King takes bishop.)
3. Qxf7 (Queen takes queen.)
