Hi, all Chess Players: Rick Varchetto, the organizer of the 2010 United States Chess Championship for Blind players, is putting together a list of tournament participants. He and I need to know tenatively by September 15th how many participants and guests will attend the event. We need a final list by September 30th. Your hotel room rate is $99 per night plus tax. Your total cost for meals for the entire event is $100, including tax and tips. This cost also includes beverage refills all day. The beverage choices are water, soda, coffee and tea. Please advise Mr. Varchetto if you will need to be picked up at the train or bus station. The Holiday Inn Express airport location provides free shuttle service to and from the airport. Again, please let us know tenatively by September 15th if you are making plans to play. Please give us a deffinite answer by September 30th. We need to let the hotel manager know within 3 days of the start of the event how many people will be staying at the hotel and how many people will be purchasing meals and beverage refills. Thanks to all who participate in the event and help make it possible for people to play. You may contact Rick Varchetto by e-mail at richard521@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx You may contact me via e-mail at sportsgirl17@xxxxxxx, or you may call me at (617) 776-9706. Thank you.
